Savage 'Salt River' - Sauvignon Blanc

This 2022 Sauvignon Blanc hails from Cape Town, South Africa. In 2011, Duncan Savage launched his own Savage wines label after years as a winemaker at another vineyard. The unique terroir in Cape Town creates a perfect balance of minerality, acidity, and citrus notes. With hints of orange blossom, grapefruit, and a touch of salinity on the finish, it's an excellent match for shellfish or a goat cheese salad.
