This 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon hails from Stellenbosch, South Africa. Thelema's vineyards, standing over 1700 feet high, are among the highest in the region. The wine spends 18 months maturing in oak barrels. It offers a delightful blend of mint, blackcurrant, blackberry, cassis, eucalyptus, and green pepper flavors, complemented by chocolate and tobacco notes. With soft tannins, it finishes with a juicy kick.

To enjoy this wine, simply uncork it and let it breathe for about 30 minutes. You can serve it at a cool room temperature, around 60 - 65°F. It pairs well with red meats like steak and lamb.
