Valderiz 'Senorio de Valdehermoso' - Ribera del Duero

This 2016 wine is made from 100% Tempranillo grapes in Ribera del Duero, Spain. Usually, oak treatment can be a bit too strong, but Valderiz gets it just right. A touch of the white grape Albillo lightens the wine. After 14 months mostly in new oak, it offers delicious black fruit flavors, bold spices, and a taste of the local terroir. It pairs perfectly with Cuban - style Pork Shoulder.

To enjoy this Valderiz wine, simply uncork it and pour it into a wine glass. Let it breathe for a few minutes to enhance the flavors. It's best served at a cool room temperature, around 60 - 65°F.
