Beyra - White Blend

This 2020 white blend hails from DOC Beira Interior, Portugal. It's a mix of 60% Siria and 40% Fonte Cal. Surprisingly, it comes from the Island of Madeira. It offers a fragrant aroma with strong citrus and floral notes. On the palate, it features dried herbs and a nice texture from the thicker - skinned grape varieties.

This aromatic dry white blend is great to drink on its own or paired with light meals like salads, seafood, or poultry. For the best taste, chill it in the fridge for about an hour before serving. Remember to store it in a cool, dark place. If you open the bottle but don't finish it all at once, re - cork it tightly and keep it in the fridge. It should stay good for a couple of days.
