In 2023, Domaine Charles Gonnet, a certified organic winery in the heart of the French Alps' Savoie Region, offers this 100% Jacquere wine. For generations, they've managed vineyards and produced estate - grown wines. The vines, averaging 45 years old, thrive in clay - limestone and marl soil. This Jacquere was hand - picked and naturally fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, resulting in a wine with flavors of melon, lemon, and passion fruit, plus a hint of saltiness. It pairs perfectly with buttery shellfish, grilled fish, or chicken kiev.
