This 2020 Bordeaux red wine is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot from Bordeaux, France. Chateau Saint Seurin is owned by Winemaker Reanaud Jean and his wife, and their winery is located in the Entre - Deux - Mers wine region outside Bordeaux. The name Saint Seurin comes from an old chapel on the current vineyard site. It offers alluring and rich flavors of blackberry, black plum, tobacco, and even a hint of graham cracker. It pairs perfectly with Beef Wellington in Mushroom sauce.
