Chateau Saint-Maur 'Clos de Capelune' - Vermentino

This 2020 wine is made from 100% Vermentino grapes sourced from Cogolin, France. It has been aged for 7 months in French oak barrels, with two - thirds being new and one - third being one - year - old. This aging process imparts a rich and complex flavor to the wine.

To enjoy this Vermentino wine, simply chill it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving. It pairs well with light seafood, salads, and soft cheeses.
