Guerrieri Rizzardi 'Ferra' - Soave Classico

This is a 2021 Garganega wine from Soave Classico, Italy. The vines for these grapes are located on the hillside near the Castle of Soave. They were planted in volcanic and limestone soils 15 years ago. The grapes are hand - harvested, focusing on the ripest ones. Fermentation takes place in concrete tanks, and then the wine ages in barrels for 6 months. On the nose, you'll detect scents of green apple, herbs, and white flowers.
