Jo Landron 'Amphibolite' - Muscadet Sèvre et Maine

This 2020 wine is made from 100% Melon de Bourgogne grapes in the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine region of the Loire Valley, France. Amphibolite, a metamorphic rock rich in iron and magnesium, is common in the vineyard over a gneiss bedrock. The grapes are hand - harvested. The wine ages on the lees for four months before bottling. It's high in acids and mineral salts, with delicious juicy citrus flavors. Enjoy it on its own or pair it with oysters on the half - shell.

To enjoy this wine, just open the bottle and pour it into a glass. You can drink it straight or pair it with oysters on the shell for a great combination. Keep the unopened bottle in a cool, dark place. Once opened, finish it within a few days and store it in the fridge with a cork to keep it fresh.
