Judith Beck - Zweigelt - Burgenland

The 2018 vintage of this wine comes from biodynamically grown grapes planted on the fertile plains near Lake Neusiedl. To achieve a round, complex, and vibrant style, Judith Beck ages her Zweigelt in wood in two stages. The wine is blended and bottled in July. It offers bright, dark cherry and black - currant aromas, with spicy undertones. The fresh berry - fruit finish makes it a delightful sip.

To enjoy this Judith Beck Zweigelt wine, just let it breathe for about 15 - 30 minutes before pouring. Serve it at a cool room temperature, around 55 - 60°F (12 - 16°C). This wine pairs well with a variety of foods like grilled meats, pasta with tomato - based sauces, and soft cheeses. When storing, keep it in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid shaking the bottle too much as it might disrupt the sediment. And always remember to seal the bottle tightly if you have any leftovers to keep it fresh for a short while.
