Martue 'Evolution' - Tempranillo

This 2019 Tempranillo hails from Spain. Just 12 years ago, Fausto Gonzalez planted his Tempranillo vines and brought his dream to life with Martue. It's made from sustainably - farmed grapes. Fermented with native yeasts and aged for three months in a barrel, 'Evolution' offers rich notes of blackcurrant and plump plum fruits, nicely balanced by soft tannins. As you savor it, these fruity flavors gradually give way to deeper notes of cocoa, oak, and earthy mushrooms. This wine is a perfect match for barbecued pork and hearty meat stews.

To enjoy this Martue 'Evolution' Tempranillo, first, let it breathe for about 15 - 20 minutes after opening. Pour it into a wine glass and take in the rich aroma. Sip it slowly to fully experience the different flavor notes. When storing, keep it in a cool, dark place. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. If there's any wine left after opening, seal the bottle tightly and store it in the fridge. It should stay good for a couple of days.
