Morlet 'Ma Douce' - Chardonnay - 2014

Situated in Fort Ross - Seaview on the Sonoma Coast, this hillside vineyard enjoys ample sunlight and the cool ocean breezes from the Pacific. Crafted by Luc Morlet, this Chardonnay is a delightful, powerful, and long - aging wine. It's a special creation dedicated to his wife, named 'Ma Douce' which means 'My Sweet'.

This Chardonnay is best served chilled at around 45 - 50°F. You can enjoy it on its own as an aperitif or pair it with a variety of foods like seafood, chicken, or creamy pasta. Keep the bottle in a cool, dark place if you plan to age it. When opening, use a standard corkscrew. After opening, if there's any wine left, reseal the bottle and store it in the fridge. It's best to finish it within a couple of days to enjoy its full flavor.
