In 2022, this wine is made from 100% Green Veltliner grapes in Niederosterreich, Austria. Bert and Fay Salomon, fraternal twins and the 9th - generation owners of this historic winery, have carried on their family's tradition since 1792. It's one of Austria's oldest family - owned wineries. They were the first to send their wines to the US in the 1930s and are part of the Traditionsweingüter Österreich that classifies Austria's top vineyards. This light - bodied wine has zesty citrus and juicy stone fruit flavors, along with a lovely mineral taste and a refreshing finish. It pairs perfectly with lemon chicken.
