NV Sparkling Verdicchio from Marche, Italy. Crafted from carefully selected grapes, this wine is fermented using the 5 - 6 months long Charmat method. It offers fresh notes of lemon verbena, lime, and almond, with a lovely fresh acidity. Perfect to pair with fried mozzarella or a fish appetizer.
