Stobi - Rkatsiteli - Macedonia

Situated in central Macedonia, in the Gradsko municipality, close to the charming ancient city of Stobi (from which it gets its name and logo), there's a new and modern Macedonian wine - making center spanning thousands of hectares. This Rkatsiteli wine has a pale lemon color with green hints. It's a full - bodied, mineral - rich dry white wine with high acidity, chalky undertones, and flavors of green apples and citrus fruits.

This Stobi Rkatsiteli wine is best served chilled, around 8 - 10°C. It pairs well with light seafood, such as grilled shrimp or steamed fish, and also goes great with soft cheeses.
