Vina Robles - Viognier - Paso Robles

This 2021 wine is made from 100% Viognier grapes grown in Paso Robles, California. The Huerhuero Vineyard, located at the estate's highest point, enjoys cool Pacific breezes. The grapes are carefully hand - picked and gently pressed. Then, the wine goes into stainless - steel tanks for cold fermentation. Before bottling, it undergoes cold - aging Sur lie. This process keeps the wine fresh, enhances the fruit flavors, and improves the mouthfeel. In the glass, it shows a bright straw color and has scents of peach, mango, citrus blossoms, and ginger spice. On the palate, peach and citrus flavors lead to a delightfully fresh finish. This Rhone varietal pairs well with roasted root vegetable salads, spicy butternut squash soup, or chicken dishes.
