This 2018 Brut Cava hails from Spain. Similar to many Cavas, it's crafted from a blend of Xarel-lo, Parellada, and Macabeo grapes. When opening the bottle, tilt it at a 45 - degree angle and slowly turn the bottle, not the cork, to avoid a big fizz explosion. Store it in a cool, dark place.
