Hailing from Veneto, Italy, this 2021 Soave Classico by Balestri Valda is crafted from 100% Garganega grapes. Led by Guido Rizzotto and his daughter Laura, this eco - friendly winery uses solar panels for electricity and keeps its own bees for pollination. Situated at the base of a volcano, the basalt - limestone soil imparts a lovely minerality to the wine.
