Giannitessari - Tai Rosso

In 2020, from the Colli Berici DOC in Veneto, Northern Italy, comes this remarkable Tai Rosso wine. The Colli Berici area, once an ancient seabed, is now home to Giannitessari. Made from the less - known Tai Rosso grape (similar to Garnacha), this wine bursts with flavors of red and black berries, along with an earthy note that brings to mind dense forests. Winemaker Gianni Tessari suggests pairing it with boiled meats, salted cod, and cheeses for a perfect culinary experience.

To enjoy this Tai Rosso wine, simply pour it into a wine glass and let it breathe for a few minutes before sipping. It's best served at a cool room temperature, around 60 - 64°F.
