Brothers Anthony and Thierry manage the cellar and vineyard, upholding their grandfather's tradition. This wine is crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc harvested from less than one hectare of their vines. Grown on clay - silt soils and aged in underground vats, it's a light - bodied white with a soft and delicate taste. You can detect notes of ripe citrus, a hint of white flowers, and sugar snap pea. It's perfect as an aperitif or paired with lean fish dishes.
