NV. This Spanish sparkling white wine is crafted from a blend of Macabeu, Xarello, and Parellada grapes, all estate - grown in the Penedes region. The winery, family - owned for over 250 years, converted to organic farming in 2013. Their 60 - hectare vineyards in Alt Penedes have calcareous - clay soil rich in lime. After 18 months on lees, the wine has fine, creamy bubbles and flavors of tangerine, lemon curd, and a hint of hazelnut. It's an ideal match for charcuterie or shellfish dishes.
