The area enjoys a continental climate with hot, dry summers and cold, snowy winters. Its soil is a treasure trove, rich in minerals, a mix of volcanic and sandy earth with white clay stones over a slate and granite bedrock. This wine is crafted from 100% Frankovka (Blaufrankisch). After 7 - 14 days of skin contact, it's racked for 4 - 6 months and aged on fine lees in stainless steel. The result is a wine bursting with fruity notes of red cherries and berries, complemented by alluring eastern spices. It's the ideal choice for summer relaxation, whether you're enjoying a bonfire or grilling on the beach.
